Sunday morning I slept a little later and met Patrick at Panera Bread on South Campbell and we headed out for an 8 mile run. I was a great time for conversation as we kept a very comfortable pace. After the run, we had some coffee and breakfast at Panera. We decided that next week I will run 8 with him and then ride 12 miles while he does his long run in preparation for his marathon.
